Process
REWARD REVIEW PROCESS
ACTIVITY IS OBSERVED OR SUBMITTED
Qualifying activity is either observed by the Legit Status™ team or submitted by the member via Member Support.
REVIEW & APPROVAL
The Legit Status™ team reviews the activity against eligibility criteria. Approval is required before any reward is issued.
REWARD CONFIRMED & FULFILLED
Once approved, the reward is confirmed and fulfilled manually. The member is notified of the reward and delivery method.
RECORD UPDATED
The member’s Legendary Record™ is updated to reflect the recognition. Wall of Legends™ eligibility is assessed separately.

Activity has been noted. Awaiting review by the Legit Status™ team.
Activity approved. Reward is being prepared for fulfillment.
Reward has been issued and delivered to the member.
Activity reviewed but did not meet eligibility criteria at this time.
CURRENT FULFILLMENT METHOD
All Legend Rewards Vault™ recognition is currently reviewed and fulfilled manually by the Legit Status™ team. There is no automated points system, balance tracker, or instant reward delivery active at this time. Do not expect an automated points balance — none exists in V1.
